2. Counter-Notification

3. Process for Handling Takedown Notices

Once we receive a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, in accordance with the DMCA.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party that originally submitted the takedown request. We may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that legal action has been taken regarding the content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is defined as a user who has been the subject of more than two takedown notices in a 12-month period. If we determine that a user is a repeat infringer, we will take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of their account and access to the website.
